Situated on the scenic shores of Lake Victoria, Entebbe Sailing Club
was formed just after Uganda gained independence in 1964.
The climate and lake provide the perfect environment for sailing, fishing,
jet skiing or windsurfing. And, for those members who neither sail, fish nor
indulge in other energetic water sports the well stocked club house or
lakeside bar is an ideal place to unwind after a busy week. Put the world's
problems right over a large gin and tonic and watch the sun set over the
lake.
Snacks and lunches are available from the club house on Sundays and
there is a large barbecue that is available for use by members and their
guests. Simply bring your charcoal and meat and get cooking!
A number of sailing, fishing and social events are organised throughout the
year. Details may be found on the club calendar, the "News page"
and other relevant pages on this site.
Members and guests are also welcome to camp at the club. There are shower and
toilet facilities available at all times.

This web site will tell you all you need to know about Entebbe sailing Club.
Read our Commodore's news letter, see forth coming events and know who's who
on the committee. Why not apply for membership on the 'Membership' page? Or,
if you already are a member, by posting a message on the 'Guest Book' page or
using the feedback form you can keep the club up to date with your details,
suggestions or comments!
